My stay at The Grand Mark Prague had its highs and lows. The hotel is beautifully located near the historic center, and the dining options were good, especially with the tasty breakfast in the garden. However, I faced some issues with my room service charges that left a sour taste in my mouth, as well as minor room inconveniences. Overall, while I enjoyed some aspects, the service experience impacted my overall impression.
